Continuing my girl crush on Nigella this recipe comes from her Nigella Kitchen
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
salt, to taste
1 cup whole milk
butter for greasing
1 cup grated cheese
a large handful of greens (we used a mixture of spinach, arugula, and basil)
Grease a 9 or 10 inch round oven proof pie dish.
Preheat oven to 400. Mix together the flour, salt, and milk into a smooth batter.
Stir in 1/2 of the grated cheese
Bake in the oven 30 minutes. Take the dish out and sprinkle the greens across the top and then sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the greens. Bake another 2-3 minutes.
